After some more script writing and some other characters were produced Andy had changed into some one with a more personal look on things and a struggle to choose what he thinks is right and what is right. Over this time I first saw andy standing hunched over but Miss O’shannesy put a stop to that right away and he had to be tall. The hardest thing about playing and develpoing Andy was being angry. I’ve never writen up or pertrayed a character in an angry moment. all the characters i’ve pretrayed before hand had all been happy and over the top. I went for a physically agressive sort of character but his stamping and over angry movments did not help later in the play so i cut it down to the fact he would only be agressive when it was about something he really cared for.

I went and also created a background to Andy. Though it has little relvenace to our performance i would like to write it out at a later date.

A lot of preparation and time went into our selection of songs for the performance. We had to find the right tune to the right feeling of the scences it tied together. We listened to so many it wasn’t fun… well actually it was very funny. We in turn choose the following songs. War Huh Yeah, Harpoon, Traveling soldier, when we touch, i’m too skiney for the army, as easy as lovers go and a few others.

After the songs were choosen the play began to sound awsome. Our next big problem was  to get the props. Most props are easy enough to find. You know newspappers, papper, pens and blankets. But we had to get so much army stuff. i had some at home  and jordan (one of my fellow actors) also had some but it wasn’t enough. Luckly one of the ladies from the school office had some army stuff. YEAH!!! we were saved. Thankyou kind stranger
